This course explains the core philosophy, legal foundations, and daily workflow of support brokers so they can help people direct their own services with confidence.
This course is eligible for one and a half (1.5) CPD unit hours in the areas of Service and Support Administrator, Superintendent, Investigative Agent, and County Board Member.
