The courses on DODD MyLearning are designed for modern browsers and will work on your computer, smartphone, or tablet. They include video and interactive elements that need a strong and consistent internet connection.

For computers

Google Chrome (latest), Mozilla Firefox (latest), Microsoft Edge (latest), Apple Safari (latest). Do not use Internet Explorer—it is no longer supported and courses will not display correctly.

For mobile devices

Safari in Apple iOS/iPadOS (latest version), Google Chrome (latest version) in Apple iOS, Google Chrome (latest version) in Android OS 6 or later.

Browser settings

JavaScript and font downloads must be enabled for courses to display correctly.

Required training is now part of DODD MyLearning Programs. These guided pathways simplify your annual certification and help you track all courses required each year.

From the MyLearning homepage, choose a Program such as DSP, Independent Provider, or Early Intervention. You can also explore “All Programs” from the top menu.

Click “Sign Up” to join a Program and follow the list of courses for completion. You can track your progress and certificates in the My Programs section of your Dashboard.

You can access all certificates from your Dashboard in DODD MyLearning. Look for “Current Certificates” for recent completions and “Certificate History” for training completed before 2024.

Your Dashboard also includes your Transcript, showing all courses and programs you’ve completed.

Courses that count toward the Competency-Based Training and Longevity Add-On are offered through DirectCourse, College of Direct Support.

If an online course freezes or disconnects, try these steps:

• Check your internet connection. A wired connection is more stable than mobile data.
• Clear your browser’s cache and log back into the site.
• Ensure browser plugins like JavaScript are enabled and up to date.
• Enable pop-ups to ensure new tabs or windows open properly.
• Reconnect promptly if the course times out—progress may be lost if disconnected for too long.
