This webinar is the first of three dedicated to OAC 5123-10-02: Early Intervention Program – Eligibility and Services and the changes that will be effective July 1, 2024. During this webinar, the new EI-02 (PWN and Consent for Developmental Evaluation and Assessments) and EI-03 (PWN of Eligibility Determination) will be introduced. All Contract Managers, EISC Supervisors, and EISCs are required to attend or view the recording of this webinar, although viewing is recommended for all EI personnel. CPDUs will be offered for EISCs and EISC Supervisors.
