This test-out exam is designed for Early Intervention service coordinators and supervisors only to take in lieu of participating in the Principles of Service Coordination: Module Five - Transition.
Participation in the test is restricted to Early Intervention service coordinators (EISC) and EISC supervisors who held an active EISC credential (1, 2, or 3) prior to July 1, 2019 and who have completed POSC Module 4 or POSC Module 4 Test Out Exam.
