Examines why people with developmental disabilities are more often involved in the criminal justice system, how their ability to stand trial is evaluated, and the related laws. Eligible for one (1) CPD unit in the areas of Adult Services, County Board Member, Investigative Agent, Service and Support Administration, and Superintendent. 60 minutes long.
