Beyond Words: Essential Communication Strategies for Developmental Disability Support

Covers how to communicate effectively and respectfully with people with developmental disabilities. The training introduces person-centered tools, trauma-informed care, and empathy-based approaches to help build trust, reduce barriers, and support people in both one-on-one and group settings.
