This course is designed to assist Early Intervention Service Coordinators (EISCs) and Early Intervention Service Coordinator Supervisors with understanding the importance of following up with parents and EI service providers on an ongoing basis to ensure that early intervention services are being delivered timely and as stated within the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). Monitoring is one of several very important roles that is required of an EISC.

Registration for this course is limited to Early Intervention service coordinators and EISC supervisors who have successfully completed or tested out of Principle of Services Coordination Modules One through Three and have the enrollment code provided to them upon completion of those courses.

This course must be completed with a passing score in order to access Principles of Service Coordination: Module Five - Transition.
