This course is the second part of a three-part series of courses on the CMS Settings Rules.
Through this training, you will learn about the role of care coordinators/service and support administrators in implementing and assuring compliance with the HCBS settings rule. This includes an overview of the three phases of care coordination: planning, review and documentation.
This course is eligible for one half hour (.5) of CPD credit in the areas of adult services, service and support administrator, and superintendent.
This course is about 30 minutes long.
