This course is the first part of a three-part series of courses on the CMS Settings Rules.
Through this training, you will learn the history and importance of the Settings Rule, along with the five components of the Rule, which all HCBS settings must meet.
This course is eligible for one half hour (.5) of CPD credit in the areas of adult services, service and support administrator, and superintendent.
This course is about 30 minutes long.
