Required training has moved to the new DODD MyLearning Programs. Programs are guided pathways to simplify your annual certification and other training. They help you keep track of all the necessary courses you need to complete within the year.
The MyLearning homepage has links to common Programs, such as DSP, Independent Provider, and Early Intervention. You can also find programs from the “All Programs” link in the menu at the top of MyLearning.
Sign up for a Program by clicking the “Sign Up” button, and then follow the list of courses required for completion.
Track your progress from the My Programs section of your Dashboard, accessed from the link in the menu at the top of MyLearning.
You will be emailed a Program certificate once you have finished all requirements. All course and Program certificates are also available from your Dashboard.
You can access all your certificates from any completed course or program in the Dashboard. Click the Dashboard link in the menu at the top of DODD MyLearning.
There are two sections: “Current Certificates” and “Certificate History.” Certificate History will have all your certificates from training prior to 2024.
The Dashboard also gives you access to your Transcript, which shows a list of the courses you’ve completed on DODD MyLearning.
The courses that qualify for credit towards the Competency-Based Training and Longevity Add-On are offered through DirectCourse, College of Direct Support.

If you are taking an online course and it keeps freezing or losing connection and shutting down, follow these steps.
- Check your internet connection to make sure it is stable. We recommend being plugged directly into a modem for best results, because using mobile data is unstable due to some of the content-heavy courses.
- Clear out your browser's cache and log back into the site.
- Make sure your browser plugins are updated. Plugins such as JavaScript are required in order to view the online courses on DODD MyLearning.
- Courses often have sections and links that will open in a new tab or window. Make sure to enable pop-ups, then check for the new window or tab that may have opened in the background.
- Courses disconnect due to inactivity or internet connection loss. If the course times out the recorded score will be inaccurate and you may have to retake the course.
- Most courses will allow you to start where you left off, but occasionally they will have to start over from the beginning.
