This course is part of the Administrator of Licensed Residential Facilities training series program. It includes topics such as creating a culture of health and welfare, understanding unusual incidents (UIs) and major unusual incidents (MUIs), and types of UIs and MUIs.
Completing this course satisfies one of the requirements for administrators and operators of licensed residential facilities to complete an orientation prior to becoming certified as an administrator. See OAC 5123-3-01 Appendix A for more information.
