Originally created for guardians, it is also beneficial for anyone assisting very low-income individuals in their search for affordable rental housing. It also has information about reasonable accommodations and modifications, so homes are accessible to people with disabilities.

This course is strongly recommended for county board staff—including housing staff, service and support administrators (SSAs), SSA directors, and similar roles. While the complete training spans about three hours, it's organized into sections for flexible viewing.
