It can be difficult for families and caregivers to talk about sex and sexuality with people who have intellectual disabilities, especially as sex and sexuality are often considered taboo topics. In this recorded webinar, Dr. Elizabeth Schindler reviews ways to help people with intellectual disabilities learn appropriate sexual behaviors and also express their sexuality in a healthy way. Dr Schindler also discusses sexual trauma and offending behaviors.
